Mark Estep — Vice President

Mark began working in the refinery industry while attending college at the University of Kentucky (BS Mechanical Engineering) and Eastern Kentucky University (BS Construction Management). Completing projects and turnarounds across various parts of the US and the Caribbean, he gained an invaluable amount of field experience. Upon graduating college, Mark joined an Industrial Engineering firm and continued working on major projects in the refinery industry. Prior to joining Excel, Mark was named General Manager of a leading soft- craft provider, specializing in refineries, chemical plants and power plants. Mark has cultivated relationships and is respected in the industry for his ability to execute projects safely, on time and under budget.
Mark’s experience in managing all facets of business operations, coupled with his extensive field knowledge, makes him a critical component to our continued growth at Excel.
