Bruce Bartlett

Chairman of the Board of Directors

Bruce is a graduate of Bridgewater State University with a B.A. in Mathematics, high honors in Accounting, Bentley College—Certified Public Accountant.

He also served in the United States Naval Reserves for six years.

Brandon Munn

President

Brandon is a graduate of Louisiana State University and has worked in the Industrial Services industry for the past 30 years. Brandon has spent his career growing and developing industrial contracting businesses throughout the US and the Caribbean. His business units have always led with an extremely strong safety culture and he has made a commitment to recruit and retain the best supervision and management for his teams. Brandon believes in having his Senior Management team actively engaged with all aspects of daily business and spending their time on location with their customers and employees.

Dylan Fulton

Senior Vice President

Dylan is a graduate of  Louisiana State University and has been working in the Industrial Services Industry for the past 18 years. His experience ranges from safety and marketing to operations and administration. Dylan has had a positive impact on his employees and peers throughout his career. He has also helped to increase the safety culture and has grown and expanded the organizations that he has been associated with in the past.

Mark Estep

Senior Vice President

Mark began working in the petroleum refining industry while attending college at the University of Kentucky (BS Mechanical Engineering) and Eastern Kentucky University (BS Construction Management). Completing projects and turnarounds across various parts of the US and the Caribbean, he gained an invaluable amount of field experience. Upon graduating college, Mark joined an Industrial Engineering firm and continued working on major projects in the petroleum refining industry. Prior to joining Excel, Mark was named General Manager of a leading soft-craft provider, specializing in refineries, chemical plants and power plants. Mark has cultivated relationships and is respected in the industry for his ability to execute projects safely, on time and under budget.

Mark’s experience in managing all facets of business operations, coupled with his extensive field knowledge, makes him a critical component to our continued growth at Excel.

Mark Sammis

Vice President of HSE and HR

Mark received his degree from McNeese State University after which he entered the industrial safety and human resources realm. Mark continually focuses on the core issues that impact the scaffolding industry. His experience in employee selection, retention and on-site customer integration  gives the company it’s edge.

Nate Bumstead

HSE Division Director

Nate is a graduate of Louisiana State University and brings 16 years of experience working in the petrochemical industry. Nate began his career working for a major mechanical contractor and eventually became the safety supervisor for a large refining company. Nate brings a team-orientated approach as a leader, as well as technical expertise as a certified safety professional (CSP). Nate firmly believes that sustained safety excellence is derived from actively engaging employees and building trust within an organization.

Tom Palmieri

Controller

Tom graduated from the University of New Hampshire and shortly after was hired to oversee the accounting and finances of the company. He works closely with the operations team to provide integral information that helps manage various contract strategies from beginning to end and ensure customer satisfaction.  Tom believes that communication between all levels of the company are key to overall financial success for Excel and its customers.

 

Richard Williams

Senior Construction Manager

Richard has been an anchor in the scaffolding industry for the past 35 years. He is highly respected within the industry for his knowledge of critical path work and the safe, timely and cost-effective execution of such work. He is second-to-none in the layout and design of complicated access and shoring issues. Richard oversees various projects and several lifelong customers throughout the US.

He is part of the backbone of the technical execution group and will be an asset for years to come. The company is extremely excited to have him onboard and working with our team.

John Graves

Senior Turnaround Manager

John Graves brings over twenty years of scaffold erecting and management experience to Excel Modular Scaffold. Beginning his career as a laborer, his drive and determination helped work him up the ranks. He has been a manager of numerous jobs throughout the United States and the Caribbean region.

John was one of the early users of the Excel Scaffold System and believes in its superior safety, speed and versatility. John is currently senior turnaround manager at the Marathon refinery in Catlettsburg, KY.

Chris Pearson

Major Accounts Manager

Chris has a bachelor’s in regional development from the University of Arizona. He began his career at Excel supervising the manufacture and testing of scaffold components, logistical coordination, as well as providing quotes and information to clients across the United States. As Excel’s footprint expanded, he has gained experience in industrial operations activities from job set up to managing accounts for various refining and petrochemical clients. Chris has extensive experience in cost control, planning, critical path applications, field execution and site management. Through his attention to detail, willingness to take on new challenges and ability to perform in all geographic regions, he has helped establish Excel Scaffold as a premier supplier in the specialty construction industry.

Josh Herrin

Construction Manager

Josh has been in the industrial scaffold realm for over 20 years after working his way up through the ranks. He has managed numerous projects across the US ranging from large turnarounds, new construction projects and maintenance sites. Josh is relied upon to coordinate with customers, contractors and sub-contractors to ensure safe and successful turnarounds as well as routine work at many of our major accounts.

Justin Papania

Construction Manager

Drawing from a diverse background in construction management, turnaround coordination and project controls, Justin has emerged as an experienced leader among his peers. Justin began his career in the industrial field working as a scaffold builder while attending college.  He has risen rapidly in the field ranks into a management role. Justin has the responsibility of managing multiple crafts over some of the largest oil refineries in the southern US.

Nick Crum

Construction Manager

Nick began his career in Residential Carpentry learning from the ground up at 18 years of age. He joined the downstream oil and gas service line 17 years ago striving to excel in all aspects of the industry. His breadth of skills in  scaffold design, planning, management, leadership, root cause analysis, safety and process improvement positioned him as site manager to a large client in Texas.  Nick has proven to be an accomplished manager with an affinity for the organic growth of an organization derived from integrity, work ethic, safety culture and excellence. He has been instrumental in the success of major projects, turnarounds and routine maintenance contracts within the US.
